左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血30例分析

Analysis of L-carnitine Combined with rhEPO for the Treatment of 30 Patients with Renal Anemia

【目的】观察左卡尼汀联用重组人促红细胞生成素(rhEPO)对肾性贫血的治疗作用。【方法】将30例维持性血液透析患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予左卡尼汀及rhEPO治疗,对照组给予等容积生理盐水及rhEPO治疗,疗程为12周。治疗前、治疗后每4周测定血红蛋白及红细胞比容,统计rhEPO的总量,同时观察高血压的发生率。【结果】治疗组患者的血红蛋白及红细胞比容上升的水平显著高于对照组,且高血压的发生率低(P<0.05),于治疗12周结束后,治疗组rHEPO的用量也低于对照组。【结论】左旋卡尼汀联合应用rhEPO可以改善肾性贫血,并且可以减少rhEPO的用量,降低rhEPO相关高血压的发生率。

[Objective]To evaluate the effect of L-carnitine combined with rhEPO on nephritic anemia. [MethodslThirty maintenance hemodialysis patients with anemia were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in treatment group received L-carnitine plus rhEPO after each hemodialysis. The patients in control group received only rhEPO after each hemodialysis. The course of treatment of two groups was 12 weeks. Serum hemoglobin（Hb） and hematocrit （Hct） were detected before and after treatment. The amount of rhEPO and the rate of hypertension were also observed. [Results]Compared with the control group , serum levels of Hb and Hct increased significantly in the treatment group. The dosage of rhEPO and the rate of hypertension in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. [Conclusion] Treatment with L- carnitine plus rhEPO can improve nephritic anemia ,and also decrease the dosage of rhEPO and the incidence of efficacy in rhEPO-associated hypertension.
