下腔静脉后输尿管12例报告

Report of 12 Cases of Inferior Retrocaval Ureter

【目的】提高下腔静脉后输尿管的诊治水平。【方法】回顾分析12例下腔静脉后输尿管患者的诊治资料,采用输尿管狭窄段切除,下腔静脉前复位成形术。【结果】12例矫正复位术后6～12个月复查,肾及输尿管上段积水均减轻,肾功能良好,吻合口通畅,临床症状缓解。【结论】对无明显诱因的右肾及右输尿管上段积水患者均应考虑本病可能,IVU和逆行肾盂造影可明确诊断,输尿管离断复位矫正吻合术是治疗本病的主要方法,效果良好。腹膜后腹腔镜下输尿管离断矫形术为本病新的治疗途径。

[Objective]To evaluate the diagnosis and therapy of inferior retrocaval ureter, [Methods] Twelve cases of retrocaval ureter were studied retrospectively. Resection of stenotic segments and ureteroplasty after reduction was performed in all cases, [Results] All cases after operation were followed up from 6 to 12 months. There were satisfactory results such as remission of hydronephrosis, good renal function and disappearance of symptoms. [Conclusion] Inferior retrocaval ureter should be considered when hydronephrosis and hydrourterosis of upper segment on the right side were encountered. Intravenous urography （IVU） and retrograde urography can identify the diagnosis. Dismembered Ureteroplasty is the main operative procedure for the treatment. Operation under abdominoscope is the new way for treating inferior retrocaval urter.
