103个周期的冻融胚胎移植分析

摘要 【目的】探讨影响胚胎冷冻结果及冻融胚胎移植后妊娠结局的因素。【方法】回顾性分析103个周期冻融胚胎移植。【结果】103个周期冷冻胚胎移植,临床妊娠率31.1%(32/103),胚胎种植率18.6%(48/258),冷冻时期为受精后d2组和d3组的胚胎妊娠率、种植率均无显著性差异(P〉0.05);年龄〈30岁组、30~34岁组、35~42岁组,以上3组的临床妊娠率,以年龄〈30岁组为最高,35~42岁组明显下降,年龄〈30岁组和30~34岁组与35~42岁组之间显著性差异(P〈0.05);不同的助孕方式IVF和ICSI组在冷冻胚胎移植的临床妊娠率上无显著性差异(P〉0.05),移植优质胚胎的个数为3枚、2枚和1枚和0枚四组中,移植3枚组和2枚组的临床妊娠率没有显著性差异,但显著高于只移植1枚组和0枚组(P〈0.05)。【结论】患者的年龄、不同的助孕方式、移植优质胚胎的数目是影响冷冻胚胎移植妊娠率的重要因素。
