巨噬细胞活化综合征1例报告并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 1 病历简介 患者女性，26岁，主因发热、皮疹，伴全身肌肉、关节酸痛11d，于2007年5月24日入住院。既往对青霉素过敏。患者于入院前因咽痛自行口服阿莫西林，因发热伴皮疹在门诊先后静脉滴注（静滴）加替沙星、头孢地嗪，间断使用地塞米松，但症状无明显缓解。入院时血白细胞计数（WBC）17．3×10^9／L，中性粒细胞比例（N）0．890，免疫全项阴性，红细胞沉降率（ESR）83mm／1h。诊治过程中先后给予阿奇霉素、头孢哌酮／舒巴坦抗炎，甲泼尼龙辅助抗炎，后因外阴皮屑及口腔溃疡处白色分泌物真菌镜检（＋）而改为制霉菌素、氟康唑抗真菌，
