摘要
分析了电力系统高低压电磁环网运行中存在的问题。结合天津电网的现状、特点,将天津500 kV/220 kV电磁环网细分为两侧系统联络间的区域电磁环网、受端电网受电通道的电磁环网、受端电网内部的电磁环网3种不同的形式。针对不同的构成形式提出相应的分析方法和判断某一电磁环网是否需要打开实现分层分区运行的一般步骤,以确定电磁环网解环的时间和位置,把握运行方式调整的时机和制订稳妥的方案。
The problem of electromagnetic loop operation is analyzed. Based on the characterisrics of Tianjin Power Network,the 500/220 kV electromagnetic loop is divided into three modes ,including the loop between the two large grids ,receiving channel of receiving-end grid and receiving end grid. For confirming the time, condition and project of opening the 500/220 kV electromagnetic loop,the opening method and process are put forward for these three modes.
