MnCO_3+MnO浸取硫酸锰溶液的试验

摘要 采用单一MnCO3矿粉与浓H2SO4浸取工艺制取电解液,存在着MnCO3矿粉浸出所需时间长、浸出余酸高、中和氨耗多等问题,针对这些问题,为提高资源利用率,经分析实验,采用部分MnO粉配比MnCO3矿粉一起浸取电解液,效果较好,文章对该实验过程进行了分析。 There are numerous disadvantages of making electrolytic by pure MnCO3 and concentrated sulphuric acid. For example, It takes a long time to make MnCO3 powder and there is too much remaining acid and excessive assumption of integral ammonia, In order to solve the problem and make better use of resources, we can make electrolytic by soaking MnO powder with MnCO3 powder in right proportion. Experiments have shown the effect is better. This article makes an analysis of the process of the experiment,
