中信大锰矿业有限责任公司大新分公司下雷锰矿区拥有丰富的锰矿资源,储量居全国首位。为了满足公司锰深加工项目发展对碳酸锰原料的需要,公司自行设计新建成一个年处理原矿60万t碳酸锰选矿厂。新选矿厂采用全磁选工艺,粗粒预干选——细粒湿选(一粗一扫)。投产后运转正常,指标良好。适合广西大新下雷矿区及周边碳酸锰矿石的特点,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

CITIC Dameng Mining Industries Limited＇s subsidiary-Daxin Company locates in Xialei manganese ore region and it owns abundant manganese resource. It is the biggest manganese reserve in China. In order to meet the need of manganese carbonate in the deep processing project, a new self-design manganese carbonate con- centrator with 600 thousand tpa was built up. The new concentrator adopts whole magnetic separation process, i.e. ,coarse dry pre-election-fine wet election（one sweeping after one roughing）.The concentrator is in normal management and has good indexes after it is put into production. It is suitable to the feature of manganese carbonate ore in and around Guangxi Xialei county diggings, and has broad prospect of extension and application.
