摘要
企业要想在复杂变化的环境中生存与发展,必须在技术、设备、管理、资金等生产要素的某一方面或几方面拥有竞争优势,而任何竞争优势的创造与获得均来源于人才。所以说,企业之间的竞争,归根到底是企业之间人才的竞争。
Enterprise's HR exploitation and management is a big system, including labor force's absorption, employment, maintenance, development, evaluation and adjustment. It appears the features of science, system, quantification and integration day and day. The key is successful and efficient HR exploitation and management. Therefore, knowledge economy time and technology are advancing rapidly.In competitive market,an enterprise has to obtain one competitive advantage or more, such as technology, management,capital,equipment and so on. If it tries to survive and develop in complex environment, and the talent is the source. So,in the final analysis, the competition among enterprises is the competition among the talents they hire.
