摘要
目的:探明茄根酸性组分的抗炎机理。方法:制备大鼠胸膜炎模型,测定血清中白三烯B4含量。结果:茄根酸性组分对胸膜炎大鼠血清中白三烯B4含量有显著降低作用。血清中白三烯B4含量分别为:模型对照组3.0354±0.1770×10-6g/L、空白对照组0.8857±0.4162×10-6g/L(P<0.01)、地塞米松组1.3211±0.6118×10-6g/L(P<0.01)、茄根酸性组分高剂量组1.6340±0.4498×10-6g/L(P<0.05)、茄根酸性组分低剂量组2.0694±0.5690×10-6g/L。结论:实验表明茄根酸性组分对于脂氧酶代谢产物LTB4具有抑制作用,抑制5-脂氧酶活性是其可能的抗炎机理之一。
Purpose: researched on the Antiinflammatory mechanism of the acidic components of aubergine root.Means:Made of pleurisy model,mensurated the content of the LTB4 in blood serum. Result: Compare With the model,the acidic componentsof aubergine root significantly reduced the content of the LTB4 in blood serum of pleurisy rats.Conclusion: The acidic components of aubergine root significantly reduced the content of the LTB4 that metabolized by lipoxygenase. The effect of inhibit the lipoxygenase, may be one antiinflammatory mechanism of the acidic components of aubergine root.
