文章认为舟山船文化历史悠久，夏商周三代，舟山已是南北航线的必经之地；秦汉时，东南沿海已具有较高的造船工艺及航海技术。从唐朝一直到明清时期，舟山是内地与台湾、日本海外贸易的一个主要港口。

This paper considers the ship culture of Zhoushan has a long history. During Xia, Shang and Zhou three generations, Zhoushan was an indispensable part of the North-south Route. By the Qin and Han dynasties, high shipbuilding technology and navigational technology had been developed along southeast coast. From the Tang Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Zhoushan had been a major foreign trade port among the Mainland, Taiwan and Japan.
