Exploration On Perfecting "All Risks" Clause of Ocean Marine Cargo Insurance Clauses

近些年来，我国保险业对海洋运输货物保险中“一切险”的承保范围问题一直存在颇多争议，文章结合我国海上货物运输保险中“一切险”条款的历史由来及海上货物运输保险的发展现状，探讨了“一切险”条款的本意，进而提出了完善我国海洋运输货物保险中“一切险”条款的一些设想。

A dispute about covered risks under the ＂all risks＂clause of marine cargo insurance has caused many problems in the practice of insurance and judgement under the legal system of China. Comparing the history of ＂all risks＂clauses of China with the development of marine cargo insurance,the article puts forward some solutions to improve the ＂all risks＂clause of marine cargo insurance.
