Design and implementation of multimedia conference system based on MOBICENTS

提出了一种以软交换为核心完全遵循下一代网络分层结构特点的多媒体会议系统模型,实现了控制、业务与承载相分离。会议应用由业务层的应用服务器、Web服务器和媒体服务器实现,呼叫控制功能由软交换完成,业务媒体流由IP网络承载。实现的原型系统由基于Tomcat开发的Web服务器、基于MOBICENTS开发的会议服务器、支持MSCML(Media Server Control Markup Language)协议的媒体服务器及软交换组成。经测试说明了系统架构设计的合理性和稳定性。

This paper proposes a layered structure model of multimedia conference system based on soft-switch,realizing control, service and medium separation.In the system,application of conference composes of application server,Web server and media server,the soft-switch controls the calling process,IP network loads the media stream.This paper implements the prototype of multimedia conference system based on Tomcat, MOBICENTS and Media Server Control Markup Language,The test shows that the system is feasible and stable.
