非小细胞肺癌组织中TP表达和淋巴管计数及其意义

摘要 目的研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)的表达和淋巴管计数,探讨其临床病理意义及其相互关系。方法70例NSCLC手术切除标本常规石蜡包埋切片,TP和淋巴管染色方法均为SP免疫组化法。结果70例NSCLC组织TP阳性46例,阳性率为65.7%。TNM分期的Ⅰ(Ⅰa/Ⅰb)期、无淋巴结转移、组织学分级Ⅰ和Ⅱ级病例TP阳性率及D2-40标记淋巴管计数/HP明显低于TNM分期的Ⅱ和Ⅲ期(Ⅱa/Ⅱb和Ⅲa/Ⅲb)、有淋巴结转移、组织学分级Ⅲ和Ⅳ级病例(P<0.05或0.01),鳞癌与腺癌比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),TP阳性病例中的淋巴管计数明显高于阴性病例中的淋巴管计数(t=7.529,P=0.000<0.01)。结论TP表达和淋巴管计数与NSCLC的发生、进展及转移等生物学行为有密切关系,可能是评估NSCLC预后的重要生物学指标,NSCLC组织分泌的TP可能具有促淋巴管生成的作用。 Objective To study the expression of thymidine phosphorylase (TP) and the counts of lymph vessels and their clinicopathalogical significances in non - small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues. Methods SP immunohistochernical method was used to detect the expression of TP and lymph vessel counts in the routinely paraffin - embedded sections of the specimens from 70 patients with NSCLC. Results The positive rate of TP in 70 NSCLC specimens was 65.7 % (46). The positive rates of TP and the lymph vessel counts were significantly lower in cases of UICC TNM stage Ⅰ( Ⅰ a/Ⅰ b) without lymphnode metastasis and histological grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ than those of the UICC TNM stage Ⅱ (Ⅱ a/Ⅱ b) or Ⅲ ( Ⅲa/Ⅲb) with lymphnode metastasis and histological grade Ⅲ or IV (P〈 0.05 or 0.01 ); there was no difference between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma ( P 〉 0.05). The lymph vessels counts were significantly higher in the positive cases of TP than those in the negative TP of NSCLC tissues(t = 7. 529, P - 0,000 〈 0.0] ). Conclusions Expression of TP and lymph vessels counts might be the important markers for reflecting the progress, biological behaviors, metastatic status and prognosis of NSCLC; and TP might promote lymphoangiogenesis in the NSCLC tissues.
