湖北省宜昌市1997-2006年流行性乙型脑炎流行病学分析

Epidemiological Analysis on Epidemic Encephalitis B in Yichang City From 1997 to 2006

目的通过对宜昌市1997-2006年流行性乙型脑炎发病情况进行分析,为制定预防和控制措施提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法分析宜昌市1997-2006年乙脑的发病情况,揭示其流行病学特征。结果1997-2006年宜昌市累计发生钩体病例162例,死亡11例,宜昌市各地区均有发病,年平均发病率为0.407/10万。高发人群为0～10岁年龄组的儿童和学生,高发时间为7-9月。结论宜昌市1997-2006年乙脑发病率虽总体上呈下降趋势,但应继续开展乙脑疫苗接种工作,普及健康防病知识,在乙脑高发期灭蚊防蚊,避免乙脑的暴发流行。

Objective To analyze the incidence of epidemic encephalitis B in Vichang City during the period of 1997 - 2006, and to provide evidences for prevention and control measures making. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemic situation of epidemic encephalitis B and to understand its epidemiological characters. Resuits There were 162 cases of epidemic encephalitis B and 11 deaths, and the average annual incidence was 0. 407/100,000 in Yichang from 1997 to 2006. The high - risk population wa.s children and students aged between 0 - 10 years and the periods of high incidence were July, August and September. Conclusions The incidence trend of epidemic encephalitis B is generally downward in Yichang from 1997 to 2006. The results suggest that it is necessary to conduct the vaccination, popularize health education and reinforce the mosquito elimination work to curb transmission for avoiding outbreak of epidemic encephalitis B.
