摘要
目的分析冠心病(CHD)疾病危险因素,从而提出预防性干预的措施。方法以1536例体检对象中检出的153例CHD患者为研究对象,对6项CHD的疾病危险因素进行分析。结果高血压是CHD首要的危险因素,CHD疾病危险因素集聚≥3以上占42.48%。结论CHD是一种严重威胁人类健康的慢性病,CHD多种疾病危险因素集聚严重影响CHD患者的生命质量;因此,对多种疾病危险因素进行干预在CHD预防中十分重要。
Objective To propose preventing interference measures by analyzing the risky factors of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods A total of 153 patients with CHD were chosen from 1,536 health check- up subjects as research cases. We analyzed the roles of 6 risk factors of CHD. Results Among the 6 risk factors, hypertension was the most important one. Patients centralized ≥3 CHO risk factors accounted for 42.48%. Conclusions CHD is a serious chronic disease, and if varieties of CHD risk factors exist together, it can seriously influence the life quality of the patient. Therefore, to prevent and interfere the various risk factors plays an important role in prevention of CHD.
