摘要 锰是一种重要的环境和工业污染物,职业工人长期接触锰,可出现类似帕金森病的临床表现。锰的毒性机制现在还不太清楚,研究表明其很可能与线粒体的结构和功能异常有关,然而关于锰对线粒体功能影响的报道较少,本文将近年来探讨锰致脑线粒体损伤机制的研究综述如下。 Manganese (Mn) is an important environmental and industrial pollutant, exposure to excess Mn is neurotoxic and causes a central nervous system disorder that resembles Parkinson's disease. While the mechanism of Mn toxicity is not very clear, it has hypothesized that is associated with mitochondrial dysfunction, however, the mechanisms underlying its action are not elucidated. This article summarizes the up to date researches concerned with the mechanisms of brain mitochondria damage induced by manganese.
