摘要
从企业运行角度来看,业务过程是企业存在和发展的躯干,信息系统则是贯穿于业务过程之中,保证其正常运行的动脉。因此,贯穿企业组织运行中,能够及时有效实现信息传递的信息系统是实现企业敏捷制造的不可或缺的保证,而信息系统与业务过程的协同则成为企业实现敏捷制造的必然要求,因此,数据整合能力和通讯网络整合能力是其协同实现的关键能力。
If the business process is the trunk of manufacturing enterprise to survive and develop, and organization model is the body, the information system is the artery for the normal operation. So information system, which can transfer information effectively and quickly in the organization operation, is the necessary guarantee for the realization of enterprise agility. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of manufacturing enterprise, this article discusses the effects of agility on the information and basic composing factors of agile information system. Then it emphasizes the synergic operation between information system and business process.
