Evaluation of Core Competence of Engineering Machinery Enterprise Based on AHP-GST

工程机械企业核心竞争力具有灰色系统的特征,运用灰色评价法比较合适。通过对工程机械企业核心竞争力评价指标体系的建立,运用多层次灰色评价法构建工程机械企业核心竞争力评价模型。具体应用实例表明,采用该评价方法能使工程机械企业核心竞争力评价更为科学、合理。

In the engineering machinery enterprises, the core competence has the characteristics of gray system, so it is appropriate to evaluate engineering machinery enterprise core competence wiuh grey assessment method. This paper established the evaluation index system, and applied multilevel grey evaluation method to building the assessment model of engi- neering machinery enterprise core competence. The application of the method shows that the evaluation method is practical and makes evaluation of engineering machinery enterprise more scientific and reasonable.
