摘要 为探讨篮球、排球项目的弹跳能力动力学特征差异,通过Kistler三维测力平台对篮球运动员男11人、女7人,排球运动员男11人、女10人CMJ跳过程进行测试研究。结果表明篮球项目男女之间弹跳结构无显著差异,能力上存在着显著差异;排球项目男女之间预蹲阶段特征无显著差异,蹬伸阶段女子更强调蹬伸速度和较短蹬伸时间的重要性;篮球项目相对排球项目具有更强的向心收缩能力,即篮球项目在利用肌肉弹性能力以及下肢肌肉的快速收缩能力有较强优势。 In order to discuss dynamics characteristic differences in bounce ability of playing basketball and volleyball, the author tests and studies the process of CMJ bounce on 18 basketball players including 11 men and 7 women, and 21 volleyball players including 11 men and 10 women by the means of three-dimensional dynamometric platform. The test results show that there are no distinct differences in bounce structure between men and women basketball players, and the obvious differences lie in discrepancies of the ability. As to volleyball no distinct differences exist in the stage of prior crouching, and in the stage of kick and stretch for women volleyball players the emphasis is laid on the speed of kick and stretch and the importance of quick action of kick and stretch as well. Compared with volleyball, basketball is a sport which needs players of better centripetal contraction ability, that is, basketball has its advantage in using muscle elasticity ability and fast contraction ability of lower limbs.
