采用现场观察与数理统计相结合的研究方法,对全国散打锦标赛比赛阶段散手运动员各技术运用及得分情况进行了综合分析与研究。研究结果表明:拳法、腿法是运动员使用较多的技术,摔法虽然得分成功率高,但不是决定比赛胜负的关键因素。运动员能否在比赛中获得胜利,主要看其运用各项技术的能力和比赛经验。因此,各队应在促使运动员各项技术全面发展方面下功夫,并努力提高其各项技术的临场运用能力。
