解决高校学生运动员“学训矛盾”的实践研究

Contradiction between learning and training of the college athletes

在高校办高水平运动队过程中,大学生运动员因"学训矛盾"造成无法专心训练,训练效果不理想,运动成绩下降问题,始终困扰着我们。本文运用文献资料法、座谈法、逻辑分析等方法针对高校学生运动员的学习状况进行分析总结,找出"学训矛盾"存在的主要原因,结合高校的实际情况,在教学训练实践中探求合理、可行的解决办法,为普通高校办高水平运动队提供参考。

Based on the the literature review,investigation and analysis,this paper summed up the situation of the college athletes on studying,found out the most reason of the contradiction between studying and training,then studied how to solve the problems in college and university,and provided a bright future for high-level sports team.
