摘要
"背越式"跳高是体育教学中的重要内容,从教学程序上大致可归为"传统式"、"分解逆教式"两种,但哪种方法更适合学生学习、提高教学效果呢?据此以学生"背越式"跳高成绩为依据,运用统计学的单因素方差分析,分别对这两种"背越式"跳高的教学方法进行了比较、统计分析,显示了"分解逆教式"教学方法对提高学生学习"背越式"跳高有较好的效果。
Back style high jumping is an important part in teaching of physics education,the teaching procedures can be summarized as traditional style and step-separating contrary teaching style.But which method is more suitable for students for learning and more effective for teaching?Based on the students' grades of back style high jumping,according to one-way analysis of variance in statistics,the paper compares and analyzes the two teaching methods of back style high jumping,showing that step-separating contrary teaching style is better for students to learn back style high jumping.
