摘要 恶性肿瘤内普遍存在缺氧现象,对肿瘤细胞的功能和增殖均会产生明显影响,进而使肿瘤对常规治疗变得相对不敏感。高压氧可以改变肿瘤内的缺氧微环境,作为辅助治疗能够提高某些恶性肿瘤的治疗效果。 One universal feature of malignancies is the presence of hypoxic regions. Hypoxia has a major impact on various aspects of tumor cells function and proliferation. Hypoxic tumor cells are relatively insensitive to conventional therapy owing to cellular adaptations affected by hypoxic microenvironment. Hyperbaric oxygen can alter tumor hypoxic microenvironment. As an adjuvant therapy , hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve therapeutic efficacy of some malignancies.
