摘要
回顾了围绕确保铁路第六次大面积提速调图运输安全的需要,铁路计量各项工作取得的成效,分析了铁路计量工作面临的新形势、新要求,提出铁路计量工作思路,要进一步加强铁路计量管理体系建设,加强计量人员技术培训,建立、完善提速安全和客运专线检测设备量值溯源系统,提高铁路计量技术水平,为和谐铁路建设提供技术保障。
The paper reviews the achievements in the field of railway measurement to meet the requirements of ensuring the transportation safety of the sixth railway speeding-up and adjustment of train diagram, analyzes the new situation and new requirements confronting railway measurement work, and then pats forwards the new thoughts on railway measurement work. The establishment of railway measurement management system and measurement personnel training should be further strengthened, the traceability system of speeding-up safety and dedicated passenger railway inspection facilities should be established or perfected, the technical level of railway measurement should be raised to supply technical support for the construction of harmonious railwav.
