摘要
钱塘江尖山河段主槽摆动频繁、河床冲淤剧烈,上虞新港(世纪丘新围堤线外)位于尖山河段南岸,可选择范围目前恰为高滩。文章在河床演变资料分析的基础上,采取"人工变形"预测与大范围动床模型试验预测等手段研究了世纪丘围涂工程实施后堤外高滩的变化。研究成果表明,世纪丘围涂后,堤外存在建造码头的可能性(吨位较小、作业时间短、保证率低),并针对钱塘江河口潮差大的特点,建议采用"闭合式港池"形式,通航船只吨位可达3000吨级。"闭合式港池"的设想为钱塘江河口航运资源的开发提供了一条新的思路,必将带动钱塘江河口航运事业的发展。
The main current of Qiantang estuary Jianshan reach is unsteady and the riverbed is variational. Shangyu harbor locates at the south bank of Jianshan reach. The paper studies the change of tideland after the century inning by method of "artificial transformation" forecast and moveable bed model based on the analysis of the bed evolution data. The result indicates that it is possible to build the harbor after the century inning is implemented. The form of closed harbor is suggested to enhance the guarantee ratio and promate navigation development of Qiantangjiang Estuany because it can avoid the influence of tidal bore and low tidal level, etc.
