摘要
音速喷嘴是行业内公认的测量气体流量的标准器具,保证其高测量精度是一项基础性工作,对研发类似产品具有借鉴意义。在论述音速喷嘴流量测量原理的基础上,指出了传统测量法存在的缺点,提出了回归函数的概念,对传统法取得的结果进行优化,使其更接近真实值。还将湿度参数引入管道内气体流量测量中,主要目的也在于提高音速喷嘴的测量精度。
The sonic nozzle is the normal implement in measuring the flux of the gas, which is widely recognized in the own field, And to ensure the measuring precision is the basic step, which can be referred when studying the similar products. On the basis of the measuring principle of the sonic nozzle, the disadvantages of the traditional measurement are pointed out. A regression function to optimize the result of the traditional measurement is brought forward, in order to make it close to the true result better. In addition, the humidity parameter is also brought into the measurement of the gas flux in the conduit to improve the measuring precision of the sonic nozzle.
