摘要
在分析超声波测距系统回波信号处理存在问题的基础上,提出了两种提高测量精度的回波信号处理方法。采用了时间增益补偿技术和峰值时间检测技术,可正确检测超声波回波的到达时间。经反复试验,在50 cm~5 m的测量范围内,测距精度可达到0.5%,且测量重复性较好。两种方法的采用,提高了超声波测距系统的测量精度。
For problems existed when processing echo signal of ultrasonic distance measuring system, two new ways of echo signal processing to improve measure precision are proposed. Using the time-gain compensation and peak time detecting technique, the arrival time of ultrasonic echo can be correctly detected. The distance measuring accuracy can achieve 0. 5% through repeated test, and has a fine measuring repeatability. Using these two methods, the precision of the ultrasonic distance measuring system has been improved.
