急性脑梗死发作期间组织因子动态变化及药物干预性观察 被引量:1

摘要 斑块破裂伴随血栓形成是急性脑梗死的主要原因。组织因子作为外源性凝血因子途径的启动子.起着触发凝血链锁反应的重要作用。最近发现血栓形成时。组织因子(TF)途径发生了重要变化。TF是凝血过程的始动因子,凝血过程参与了血栓形成的机制。为此,我们选择了发病6~24h(超过溶栓时间窗)的急性脑梗死患者,研究TF及其相关因子在急性脑梗死发作期间的动态变化,TF与脑梗死患者预后状况及低分子肝素的作用。
