瓜尔胶-丙烯酸高吸水树脂涂布对吸潮的影响

摘要 在成功合成瓜尔胶-丙烯酸高吸水树脂的基础上,研究表面涂布该吸水树脂的手抄纸的吸潮特性。探讨丙烯酸用量、引发剂用量、亚硫酸钠与引发剂的比值、交联剂用量等对吸潮率的影响。结果表明:当丙烯酸用量10g,引发剂用量0.08g,交联剂用量0.005g,亚硫酸钠与引发剂用量比值为1:3时,在恒温恒湿箱温度25℃,湿度80RH,吸潮4h的时候,吸潮效果最佳,吸潮率可以达到230%。 This article discussed absorbing humidification characteristic of paper coated super absorbent resin of guar gum graft acryli c, which was successfully synthesized in our laboratory. The effects of dosage of AA, redox-initiator, ratio of sodium sulfite to crosslinking agent and crosslinking agent were studied. The experimental data show that better absorbing humidification capability can be achieved using 10g AA dissolve in distilled water when we enactment the condition as 25℃ ,80RH,4h.When we used 0.08g redoxinitiator, 0.005g crosslinking agent and 1:3 ratio of sodium sulfite to crosslinking agent, the better absorbing humidification capability was at-tained.
