摘要
研究单组分阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、多组分不同表面活性剂的协同作用对废新闻纸中性脱墨的影响。结果表明,单一表面活性剂、两组分表面活性剂和三组分表面活性剂都可以使脱墨浆白度提高,且白度随着组分数的增加而提高,三组分中性脱墨效果较好的为油酸钠+C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚+JFC复配组合,最适宜的质量比为3∶2∶1,,最佳用量为绝干废纸质量的0.3%。
This paper studied single anionic surfactant, single non-ionic surfactant and the synergistic effects of different anionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant in the ONP neutral deinking. The results showed that single surfactant, binary surfactants and ternary surfactants all could improve the whiteness of deinking pulp. With the increase of components, the whiteness improves, and the optimum blends is fixed as sodium oleate ＋ fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ＋ JFC, and its optimum weight proportion is 3：2：1, the optimum use level of deink agents is 0.3% by mass.
