摘要
心理调控策略是指学生在声乐学习过程中,积极调整自己在认知、情感及个性心理等方面行为方式策略的总和。心理调控策略的内涵建构非常丰富,它是一个复合策略系统,其中,声音感知、作品认知和情感控制等策略是其三大重要子策略,它们在整个声乐学习过程中有着重要的实践意义和具体要求。声乐学习者应树立起策略意识,并自觉运用相关策略来指导自己的声乐学习,以减少不必要的折腾,提高声乐学习的成效。
Psychological regulating strategies are the sum of the strategies, by which students adjust their behavior in such aspects as cognition, emotion, and personality in the process of vocal music learning. The connotation construction of psychological regulating strategies is quite abundant, and it is a compounding system. Sound perception, cognition of works, and emotion controlling are the three important sub - strategies, which have great practical significance in the whole process of vocal music learning. Vocal music learners should set up the consciousness of strategies, and apply correspondent strategies to instructing their vocal music learning, in order to improve the learning efficiency.
