健商是人类一种新的健康文化和全新的健康理念,健商教育强调人的身心健康和社会适应能力的培养。学校体育开展健商教育,应加强体育教师健商文化的再教育;优化体育教学内容;营造校园健商文化氛围;定期开展健商测试;构建社会、学校、家庭一体化的健商教育环境。

Health Quotient is a new human health culture and a new health concept, and Health Quotient education stressed to train the physical and psychological health and social adaptability. To launch Health Quotient education in School PE, re-education on PE teachers＇ Health Quotient should be strengthened; take optimization of physical education; create a Health Quotient atmosphere of the campus; conduct regular Health Quotient tests ; construct the Health Quotient education environment of community, school, family integration.
