摘要
树立科学发展观,切实有效地加强高职生就业前"择业教育",让学生明确职业的定位,增强就业能力,提高综合素质,使高职生选择职业达到人职合理匹配,是高职院校研究的一门课题。
With the guidance of scientific concept of development, it is a very subject of higher vocational institutions to proceed from their actual conditions and take effective measures to enhance effective pre-employment education for higher vocational students; help them clarify their career positioning, improve their quality to fred more employment opportunities and achieve reasonable matching between higher vocational students and their career choices.
