介绍了卫勤保障物资筹措优化相关概念的界定、筹措的主要方式及筹措优化的主要特点和方法,为实现应急与战时不确定条件下卫勤保障物资"快速、足量"筹措供给,提供一定的理论支持。
Some related concepts were discussed about optimization of raising medical support resource, then the raising mode, the main characters and methods of raising optimization were elaborated, with which would provide theory support for realizing sup- plying medical support resources fast and amply under uncut conditions.
