混合石墨负极锂离子电池性能的研究

摘要 通过改变负极的配方,制作633048 s锂离子电池,分析了各种配方下,电池内阻随不同放电电压的变化情况;比较了不同负极配方电池容量与平台的保持率。当LCG含量小于10%时电池内阻较小,约小于60 mΩ,然而其循环性能和平台保持率小于20%。随着LCG含量的增加,约为15%时,100次循环容量保持率为91%左右,平台保持率为78%左右,内阻约为58mΩ,电池综合性能达到较好的水平。 The internal impedance change of the battery in different discharge voltage was analyzed and the capacity and plateau fading were compared via making 633048s model Li - ion battery in different anode prescriptions. When the content of the LCG is less than 10%, the internal impedance of the battery is small, less than 60 mΩ, but the capacity and plateau fading is less than 20%. With the increasing of the LCG content, about 15%, the capacity fading is about 91% , the plateau fading is about 78% and the internal impedance is about 58mΩ. The performance of this Li - ion battery reaches a better level.
