不同插入剂制备无硫可膨胀石墨的影响因素探讨

Study on factors affecting the preparation of sulfur-free and expandable graphite by different intercalant

以HNO3和H2O2为氧化剂,甲酸、乙酸、丙酸分别为插入剂,制备无硫可膨胀石墨。探讨了插入剂种类、插入剂浓度、插入时间、插入剂加入方式以及烘干等因素对膨胀体积的影响。

Sulfur - free expanded graphite was synthesized using the nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, formic acid,acetic acid and propanoic acid as the inserting reagent. The factors affecting expanded volume were discussed, such as the sorts of inserting reagent, the concentration of inserting reagent, inserting time, the inserting means of inserting reagent, drying and so on in the preparing process.
