摘要
针对新疆石南4井区三工河组油藏,在84℃考察了组分用量对有机交联疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4弱凝胶成胶性能,主要是48小时表观黏度的影响。成胶液用矿化度9.34g/L、含Ca^2+336mg/L、含Mg^2+174m/L的该油藏注入水配制。得到的基础配方为:AP—P41500~1800nag/L+乌洛托品350mg/L+苯酚300mg/L+间苯二酚40mg/L,加入间苯二酚可缩短成胶时间。聚合物浓度为1500和1800mg/L的成胶液,在84℃放置15~30天后黏度达到最高,180天后黏度为最高值的1/2左右,且不脱水;强力剪切不影响成胶后的黏度及其老化稳定性;在岩心内成胶并在84℃老化180天后,岩心渗透率仅略有增大。注入0.3和0.5PV成胶液使水驱后岩心的采收率分别增加24.77%和34.9l%,如弱凝胶注入后在岩心内在84℃老化180天,则采收率增值略有增大,分别增加27.18%和36.45%。该弱凝胶在多孔介质内有良好的高温老化稳定性。图2表4参1。
The gelation behavior and mainly the apparent viscosity, developed in 48 hrs, of organic weak gel on hydropbobicaUy associating polymer AP-P4 in relation to its composition are investigated at 84℃ for use in oil reservoirs of Sangonghe formation in district Shinan-4, Xinjiang. The gelling fluid is prepared in injection water for flcozling the reservoirs with TSD =9.34 g/L, eoncentrationof Ca^2+ 336 mg/L and of Mg^2+ 174 mg/L. The basic ingredient composition is : AP-P4, 1500-1800 mg/L; urotropine, 350 mg/L; phenol, 300 mg/L; and re.sorein, 40 mg/L; the later ingredient is added to shorten gelation time. For gelling fluid containing 1500 and 1800 nag polymer per liter at 84℃, its vise0sity reaches a maximum in 15--30 days and keeps about 1/2 of the maximum in 180 days meanwhile no syneresis is observed; intensive shearing does not enfluence its viscosity development and stability in ageing; ageing at 84℃ of cores with gelling fluid injected in 180 days only slightly enhances their water permeability. Injection of 0.3 and 0.5 PV of weak gel folming fluid into vaterflooded cores leads to an enhancement in oil recovery of 24.77% and 34.91%, respectively, and a larger enhancement in oil recovery, of 27.18% and 36.45%, respectively, is observed after the cores with the gelling fluid injected having undergone an additional ageing at 84℃ in 180 days. The weak polymer gel has satisfactory stability in long term ageing in porous media.
