NPS石油磺酸盐在孤岛地层砂上的吸附性能 被引量:7

摘要 在70℃研究了NiX3石油磺酸盐在孤岛洗油地层砂上的静态和动态吸附。NPS为以渤海绥中低凝环烷基馏分油为原料,在实验室单管降膜式磺化反应器中用SO3磺化得到的石油磺酸盐,M=439.6。NiX3在孤岛地层砂上的最大吸附量为1.123mg/g砂,出现在CMC值(~3.0g/L)附近,NPS水溶液浓度进一步增大时吸附量略有下降。当NPS水溶液浓度为2.5g/L时,其吸附量随NaCl加量的增大(0-40g/L)而持续增大;当外加盐浓度为5.0g/L时,CaCl2、MgCl2、NaCl、Na2SO4使NPS吸附量由1.013mg/g砂分别增至2.338、1.541、1.501、1.484mg/g砂,NaHCOs、Na2CO3、NaOH使NP3吸附量分别降至0.884、0.643、0.614mg/g砂;随外加HPAM浓度增加(0-6.0g/L),NPS的吸附量出现最大值(超过1.7mg/g砂),最大值对应的HPAM浓度为3.0g/L。70℃下通过长30cm的地层砂填充管连续注入2.5g/L的NPS水溶液共10h,测得无盐溶液的动态吸附量为0.503mg/g砂,外加盐的影响相似,NaOH、Na2GO3使动态吸附量降低,Na2SO4、NaCl使其增大。对实验结果作了解释和讨论。图3表2参10。 The static and dynamic adsorption of petroleum sulfonate NPS of M = 439.6 on deoiled Gudao reservoir sand (RS) is studied at 70℃ NPS is a laboratory preparate, synthesized by sulfonating a petroleum fraction of low pour point naphthene base crude oil of Suizhong, Bohai, by SO3 in a falling filming single column apparatus. The adsorption of NPS from aqueous solution on the RSreaches a maximum of 1. 123 rng/g sand about at NPS's CMC value, -3.0 g/L, and slightly decreases at more higher concentration of NPS. From 2.5 g/L aqueous solution, NPS's adsorption on the RS increases continueously with increasing concentration of NaCl added (0-40 g/L); an increase in the adsorption from 1. 013 mg/g sand for salt free solution to 2. 338, 1.541,1. 501, and 1.484 rng/g sand with CaCl2, MgCl2, NaCl, and Na2SO4 added, respectively, and a decrease to 0.884,0.643, and 0. 614 mg/g sand with NaHCO3, Na2CO3, and NaOH added, respectively, are observed at salt concentration 5.0 g/L; with increasing HPAM concentration up to 6.0 g/L, the adsorption of NPS goes through a maximum, a value exceeding 1.7 mg/g sand, at HPAM concentration 3.0 g/L. Injecting 2.5 g/L NPS aqueous solution continuously in 10 hrs through RS packs 30 cm long results in a dynamic adsorption of NPS on RS 0. 503 rng/g sand from salt free solution and in similar effects of salts added: the dynamic adsorption of NPS decreases with NaOH and Na2CO3 added and increases with Na2SO4 and NaCl added. The experimental results are explained and discussed.
