生长激素对急性出血坏死性胰腺炎大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要 目的研究生长激素(GH)对急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用逆行胰胆管牛磺胆酸钠(TAC)注射造成大鼠AHNP动物模型。40只大鼠分为对照组(n=10)和GH治疗组(n=30)。于术后12、24、48h分批剖杀。观察治疗前后免疫功能指标IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的变化。结果相对于对照组,GH治疗组大鼠血清IgG、IgM、IgA、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+增高,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论GH可加强急性出血坏死性胰腺炎大鼠的免疫功能。 Objective To assess the therapeutic efficacy of growth hormone (GH) on immunological function of rats with acute hemorrhage necrotizing pancreatitis(AHNP). Methods 40 SD male rats with AHNP were randomly divided into Sham-operated group (n = 10) and Growth Hormon-treated group (n = 30). Levels of serum IgG,IgA,IgM,CD^3+ ,CD^4+ ,CD^3+ and CD^4+/CD^8+ were measured. ResultsCompared with Sham-op- erated group, rats in GH group had a significant increasing of serum IgG, IgM, IgA, CD^3+ , CD^4+ and CD^4+ / CD^8+ on hour 24 and 48 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The therapy with growth hormone can improve immunity function of rats with acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis.
