摘要
采用热分析方法对三个系列聚酰胺酸的热亚胺化进行了动力学研究.结果表明,聚酰胺酸的亚胺化主要发生在120~250°C温度范围内,反应级数约为2的非整数,且随温度变化而变化,反应活化能约为60kJ/mol.
TG were used to study the imidization of a series of PI. The results show that imidization mainly occurs in the temperature range of 125~250 °C. The order of imidization is between 1.8~2.1 and of temperature dependent. The activation energy of imidization is about 60 kJ/mol.
