聚酰亚胺的热亚胺化动力学研究

Study on Kinetics of Thermal Imidization of Polyimide

采用热分析方法对三个系列聚酰胺酸的热亚胺化进行了动力学研究．结果表明，聚酰胺酸的亚胺化主要发生在１２０～２５０°Ｃ温度范围内，反应级数约为２的非整数，且随温度变化而变化，反应活化能约为６０ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ．

TG were used to study the imidization of a series of PI. The results show that imidization mainly occurs in the temperature range of 125～250 °C. The order of imidization is between 1.8～2.1 and of temperature dependent. The activation energy of imidization is about 60 kJ/mol.
