关于我国煤矿区煤层气开发的战略性思考 被引量:28

摘要 本文提出在当前和今后一段时期内,我国煤层气开发宜采用煤矿区煤层气开发和煤矿边远区煤层气开发相结合的策略。煤矿区煤层气开发,应采用地面井下相结合,地面预采、采动开采和井下抽采的多种方式,在有限时间内最大程度地提高煤层气的采出量和采收率。各煤矿区的煤层气开发,必须针对各自具体的地质构造条件和煤储层特征,因地制宜地选择适用有效的开发技术。国家要加大对煤层气开发新技术及装备研发与产业发展政策的支持力度。 The paper proposes a policy of combining development of CBM in existing mine areas with that in remote area of coal mines in current and future periods of time in China. For development of CMM in mine areas, a multiple of methods can be applied, such as integration of surface extraction and underground drainage, pre-drainage of virgin coal seams from surface boreholes, drainage of worked-out areas, and underground drainage in order to increase the output and recovery of CMM to a greatest extent. For development of CMM in all mine areas suitable and effective techniques should be selected based on their concrete geological conditions and characteristics of reservoirs. The State should enhance R & D of new technologies and equipment and suppert to policies for industrial development of CBM/CMM.
