摘要
煤层气的输配系统是煤层气电站的重要工艺系统,与发电机组的安全稳定运行密切相关。以甲烷含量25%为界,煤层气输配系统可分为两种,高浓度输配系统和低浓度输配系统,本文对内燃发电机组的两种煤层气输配系统的工艺流程作了介绍,针对煤层气的易燃易爆性,对不同的输配系统需要采用的配套的安全措施也作了阐述。
CMM transport and distribution system is an important technological system in CMM power plant, which is closely related to safe and stable operation of the generating set. The CMM transport and distribution systems can be divided into two kinds of system, using 25 % methane content as a dividing criterion, namely, high concentration and low concentration transport and distribution systems. The paper describes the flow sheet of two systems for gas engines. It also involves in the associated safety measures necessary for different transport and distribution systems based on the flammability and explosiveness of CMM.
