高熔点合金半固态坯料制备新方法的探索

A New Approach for Preparing the Semi-Solid State Billet of the High Melting Point Alloy

摘要 坯料制备是半固态成形技术中的一个关键问题,以40CrN iMo钢为研究对象,提出了循环淬火法制备半固态坯料的方法.结果表明:通过调整循环次数和保温温度,可以获得较为理想的等轴晶组织,在本实验中合适的工艺参数是880℃保温10m in水冷,循环二次. Billet preparation is a key point during semi-solid state forming. A new way is introduced in this paper. 40CrNiMo steel had been investigated through circular quenching. The results show that the relatively ideal equiaxial crystal microstructure is gotten through adjusting circular times and the temperature of heat preservation. In this paper, the appropriate parameters are the billet is kept 10min at 880℃, then it is water-cooled and circulated 2 times.
