内压力对内高压成形三通管影响的数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 以内高压成形三通管过程中最大内压的影响为研究目标,采用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc对成形零件的基本变形特征和壁厚分布规律进行了分析.给出了不同最大内压力下零件的壁厚分布规律,并就最大压力对成形的影响进行了讨论.分析表明,最大内压的选取对内高压成形三通管有重要的影响.对成形文中三通管,75-90 MPa的最大压力值是成形的合理范围. To explore the influence of maximal internal pressure on forming tri-branch tube, the procedure of forming tri-branch tube is simulated by FEM software MSC. Marc in this paper. The corresponding basic features of the shaping process and thickness distribution are given out, the effect of maximal internal pressure on the simulation result is discussed. The analysis shows that the selections of maximal internal pressure have a strong influence on forming tri-branch and for the tri-branch tube of this paper 75-90 MPa is the rational pressure range for forming process.
