红外预付费热量表的设计

The Design of Infrared Prepayment Calorimeter

针对当前供热系统对热量表的需求,设计了一种以MSP430F413单片机为核心的红外预付费热量表.该热量表采集流量传感器产生的流量脉冲,累计一定流量后根据实时测量的热水温度计算出一段时间内的实际耗热量.在购买的热量耗尽后,关阀停止供热.该表采用电池供电,计量准确度达到三级表标准.

In order to meet the requirement of the calorimeter in the current heating system, a kind of infrared prepayment calorimeter based on MSP430F413 MCU is designed. This meter collects the flow pulses generated by flow sensor. After certain flow is accumulated, according to the temperature of heat water measured in real-time, this meter calculates the actual heat consumption over a period of time. After the quantity of heat purchased is exhausted, the valve is turned off to stop supplying heat. In this meter a battery power is used, and its measuring accuracy is up to the level 3.
