摘要
介绍JPEG2000静止图像压缩标准及其特点,研究分析小波变换理论,通过细化图像压缩的具体流程及步骤,合理划分功能模块,优化算法,提高运行速度,用Java语言编写图像编码程序.为更为合理的硬件/软件混合模式提供依据和参考.
In this paper, firstly, an overview of features and functionalities of JPEG 2000 still image compression standard is presented. Then the principles of wavelet transforms and its applications in JPEG2000 image coding system are addressed. Based on Java language and by fragmenting concrete procedures of image compression, dividing function modules reasonably, optimizing algorithms and increasing speed and efficiency the writing method for image encoding program is introduced. Finally, some practical guides and references for reasonable use of hardware/software mixed mode are provided.
