药型罩厚度和炸药性能参数对爆炸成型弹丸的影响 被引量:7

摘要 利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性有限元软件,对在同一曲率半径、同一装药长径比条件下不同壁厚的药型罩、不同性能炸药对EFP成型的影响进行了数值模拟,得到成型过程图形及速度曲线;并对比分析,得出了药型罩顶部厚度、炸药种类对EFP成型的影响规律,这为爆炸成型弹丸的研究和设计提供了一定的依据. Under the same curvature radius and slenderness ratio of the liner in the same charge condition, the influence of various explosive with different features and the various liner with different wall thickness on the formation of EFP is simulated numerically using the nonlinear finite element softwar ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The formation process picture and the velocity curves of EFP are obtained. Through the comparative analysis, the influence low of the thickness of the liner top and the explosive type on the formation of EFP is derived, which will provide some reference for research and design of the EFP.
