STULY ON CONTROLLING CORROSION BY A WATERBASE LUBRICANT COOLING LIQUID IN ALUMINIUM PRODUCT PROCESSING

摘要 对在铝材加工中水基润滑冷却液使铝产生腐蚀的原因进行了探讨,提出了控制酸度为7~9的方法可抑制铝腐蚀.选用不饱和酯肪酸为缓冲剂。 The authors made an approach to the causes of aluminium corrosion by a waterbase lubricnt cooling liquid used in a luminium product processing, and put forward a method to control aluminium corrosion by keeping the acidity range of pH 7~9 and adding unsaturated fatty acid (about 5 % Wt concentration) as a buffer.
