摘要
通过原位插层聚合,在聚合管中实现连续化稳定制备剥离型尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,并同聚乙烯共挤试生产出5层复合吹塑膜.采用XRD、TEM、力学性能测试和气体阻隔性能测试分析了材料结构同性能之间的关系.结果表明,蒙脱土在尼龙6基体中以纳米尺度剥离并均匀分散,材料的力学性能和气体阻隔性能有较大幅度的提高,薄膜加工性能优异,透明性好.
Polyarnide 6/clay nanocomposite and blown film were successfully prepared in the industrial scale, and the structure and properties were studied. The results show that clay is exfoliated and dispersed in nanoscale in polyamide 6 matrix uniformly, and the mechanical and gas barrier properties of the nanocornposites are dramatically increased.
