摘要
现代企业面临着以顾客、竞争、变革为特征的经营环境,基于分工理论的传统企业运作方式必须变革。西方以哈默博士为代表提出了激进的"企业流程再造"理论,但对我国企业来说并不是惟一选择。我国企业流程可持续创新模式,应强调将再造技术与持续改进相结合,并且企业流程持续创新的实施是一个系统的、动态的过程。
Today's enterprises are faced with the business environment characterized by customers, competition and change. The traditional enterprise management mode on the basis of labor division must be changed. Doctor Michael Hammer has advanced the radical theory Business Process Reengineering, which is representative in the west. But it is not the single way for China's enterprises to go. The sustainable process innovation model should emphasize the combination of reengineering and continuous improvement. The implementing process innovation is systematic and dynamic.
